What happens if weather conditions are unfavorable on the charter date?

Safety is our absolute priority. Our captains monitor weather conditions 72 hours before departure and communicate any concerns to clients. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we offer free rescheduling to an alternative date or a full refund. During Bali’s dry season (April-October), weather cancellations are extremely rare, occurring in less than 5% of scheduled charters.

Are food and drinks included in the charter price?

Day charters include a standard catering package with fresh fruit, snacks, soft drinks, and a light lunch. Premium catering and bar packages are available as upgrades. Multi-day expeditions include all meals and non-alcoholic beverages, with premium beverage packages available at additional cost. We always confirm dietary requirements and preferences before departure.
